Marvel Comics published the very first crossover, 1986’s G.I. Joe do have a long history together in the comics. These two franchises may have never crossed paths in the heyday of their respective animated series, but Transformers and G.I. As far back as 2014, producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura called it “a possibility.” But this crossover is something that’s been teased in the past. Joe crossover movie is the kind of thing ‘80s kids fantasized about but probably never expected to become a reality. Play How Rise of the Beasts Sets Up a Transformers/G.I. Kelly’s character makes it clear he wants to recruit Noah and the Autobots, telling him, “We’re in the middle of an ongoing war.” We’ll get to what that war might be in just a minute. For the first time in live-action, the Transformers and G.I. Noah, because of his tech experience and relationship with the Autobots, is being recruited into this top-secret military organization. When Noah interviews with a mysterious agent played by Michael Kelly, he’s handed a business card with the G.I. While Dominique Fishback’s Elena gets some well-deserved professional recognition for her work, Noah’s own future is starting to look up as he lands a new job at a security firm. But while the Autobots have lost the Transwarp Key and their ticket back to Cybertron, Optimus is content knowing he’s made some powerful friends. Scourge and the Terrocons may be dead, but we’re left to assume that Unicron is still alive and will eventually return to threaten the world again. Rise of the Beasts ends on a fairly open-ended note. It’s an important reminder that our heroes are strongest when they stand united. It’s only thanks to the combined assistance of Noah and Optimus Primal that Optimus is spared a nasty death. Optimus destroys the Transwarp Key and is nearly sucked into the portal as it collapses. Ultimately, Optimus is able to kill Scourge, but that doesn’t solve the portal problem. Unfortunately, Mirage is seemingly killed when he shields Anthony Ramos’ Noah from enemy fire and transforms into an exoskeleton suit. The film ends with one final battle for the fate of Earth, as Scourge and his Terrorcons attempt to summon Unicron to Earth using the combined Transwarp Key. This marks the first true live-action appearance of Unicron, a villain made famous in the 1986 animated film The Transformers: The Movie and who was previously referenced in 2017’s Transformers: The Last Knight. Rise of the Beasts pits Optimus Prime’s Autobots and Optimus Primal’s Maximals against Scourge, a Transformer who serves as the herald of the all-powerful, world-devouring Unicron. (a) Calculate the height at which the shell explodes. The fuse is timed to ignite the shell just as it reaches its highest point above the ground. If you arrange the coordinate system instead such that the downwards direction is positive, then acceleration due to gravity takes a positive value.) Because gravity is vertical, Both accelerations are constant, so the kinematic equations can be used.Įxample 1: A Fireworks Projectile Explodes High and Awayĭuring a fireworks display, a shell is shot into the air with an initial speed of 70.0 m/s at an angle of above the horizontal, as illustrated in Figure 3. The components of acceleration are then very simple: (Note that this definition assumes that the upwards direction is defined as the positive direction. We will assume all forces except gravity (such as air resistance and friction, for example) are negligible. We must find their components along the x– and y-axes, too. Of course, to describe motion we must deal with velocity and acceleration, as well as with displacement. (Note that in the last section we used the notation to represent a vector with components and If we continued this format, we would call displacement with components and However, to simplify the notation, we will simply represent the component vectors as and. The magnitudes of these vectors are s, x, and y. Figure 1 illustrates the notation for displacement, where is defined to be the total displacement and and are its components along the horizontal and vertical axes, respectively. (This choice of axes is the most sensible, because acceleration due to gravity is vertical-thus, there will be no acceleration along the horizontal axis when air resistance is negligible.) As is customary, we call the horizontal axis the x-axis and the vertical axis the y-axis. The key to analyzing two-dimensional projectile motion is to break it into two motions, one along the horizontal axis and the other along the vertical. This fact was discussed in Chapter 3.1 Kinematics in Two Dimensions: An Introduction, where vertical and horizontal motions were seen to be independent. The most important fact to remember here is that motions along perpendicular axes are independent and thus can be analyzed separately. In this section, we consider two-dimensional projectile motion, such as that of a football or other object for which air resistance is negligible. The motion of falling objects, as covered in Chapter 2.6 Problem-Solving Basics for One-Dimensional Kinematics, is a simple one-dimensional type of projectile motion in which there is no horizontal movement. The object is called a projectile, and its path is called its trajectory. Projectile motion is the motionof an object thrown or projected into the air, subject to only the acceleration of gravity. Apply the principle of independence of motion to solve projectile motion problems.Determine the location and velocity of a projectile at different points in its trajectory.Identify and explain the properties of a projectile, such as acceleration due to gravity, range, maximum height, and trajectory. The problem I'm seeing is, when I try to install Visio overtop Office 365 (user gets a prompt saying all Office products need to close (Deployment Types > Install Behavior). We have ~12 users being added to Visio and ~25 to teh Project collection. All users get added to Office core, no questions asked. I'm using the same logic for my Office 365 deployment: I have 3 collections: Office 365 core, Visio, and Project. To this list i can add thing's like language packs, Access Runtime so basicly you can multiply that for the number of items you add to the final configuration. Office 365 with or without access Visio and Project.Office 365 with or without access Project only.Office 365 with or without access Visio only.To the "Main" Configuration i added like you said the first script will gather what Office products the user has installed, depending on what he has it will generate a number (based on the numbers on top) witch will match the profiles used in the OSD Task Sequence, then the 2nd script generates and PSADT kick the installation. In case of an upgrade or replacement i deploy this Application it to a collection and the 2 scripts will be used.Examples: 5 will install Office 365 with no access Visio, 17 will install Office 365 Vanilla with project and visio. The profile is selected in the UDI Wizard and set an OSD Variable once the script kick's in it will generate the xml file from scratch for that installation. During OSD only the script that generates the configuration is used.I have 2 powershell scripts that decide (depending on the situation) what to install, the first one will check if the user has any pre-determined Office (MSI based installation) and the 2nd one will generate the configuration.xml to be used for installation. That said, I will look all suggestions below to improve the deployment going forward. We can then authorize that for users on request. It seems perfectly logical to create a separate packages with just visio and project only, considering I already have the project package finished, I can just change the detection method for a quick win. I should explain a little why i'm looking at Cam's answer, in my view it's the historical route of deploying separate apps in SCCM, this might not be current or right, but I'm under time pressure (aren't we all) to get a test deployment together, so I'm sticking to what I know. Many options here and saved me a lot of headache. I'll have a read through the links provided, but I do like Cam_Cam_Cam_Cam's answer to be honest, I wanted to avoid installing project for all users when we're only at around 10 users who need it, You wonderful helpful people, this answers my question - Thank you. As a general rule, if someone has flair, they almost definitely know what they're talking about. Post not showing up? Here is my XML for removing Project - which completes without Error, however Project Pro remains: Here is my XML for adding Project which successfully adds Project Pro (in addition with Word,Excel,Publisher,Outlook): I roughly use the same technique as the following article: With the current semi-annual version of Office I am struggling to Un-install these (although they successfully add just fine).įor both adding Project/Visio I use the command: I have been using a configuration.xml to allow users to add or remove Project/Visio where required. I have been deploying Office 365 Click-to-run using SCCM over several years and always have had a base install without Visio Pro or Project Pro. They have a ton of beverages, from beer and wine, to blended drinks. Where T-Rex definitely shines is the beverages. We had a variety of dishes at our table and nobody complained, but nobody raved either. They do have a lot of options though including burgers, meatloaf, steak and shrimp. The food was definitely nothing to write home about. While the setting is important, it is a restaurant, so we did go there to eat. You know your kids best, so you’ll know whether it is an experience they will enjoy. My 3-year old loved it, my 8-year old not so much. I will be honest, and say that some kids will love this and others won’t, but it’s not aged based. The restaurant does get dark at this point and there is thunder in the background. You are allowed to walk around the restaurant and look at the different rooms and all the animals they are all extremely lifelike (well I assume they are having never seen a real dinosaur up close). There is an ice age room, a meteor shower room, and an underwater room. The restaurant is separated into different rooms. The restaurant also features a wooly mammoth and a giant octopus with tentacles that move. The restaurant features replicas of dinosaurs as well as animatronic dinosaurs that come “alive”. Jar Jar became critical to giving Chancellor Palpatine emergency powers in Attack of the Clones which would’ve been Padmé’s decision to make if she hadn’t been a constant target for assassination. However, after the film was released, the character was universally panned as useless and Ahmed Best received so much hate mail that he considered suicide that he has been vocal about. In his first appearance in The Phantom Menace, he served as the comedic relief the way R2-D2 and C-3PO did in the original trilogy. To be fair, Rose Tico appears to have suffered a similar fate to Jar Jar Binks. In Rose’s case, if she wasn’t included in The Rise of Skywalker at all, people could ask where she was during the film. I haven’t seen the film yet so I cannot judge either way, but I think it is ridiculous a character many disliked is missed by those same fans.
